Terms of Service
By using ugcshots.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided as-is, without warranty.
1. Your content
You own the photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload them. You grant us a temporary, limited license to process them solely to generate the outputs you request.
2. Generated content
Outputs are produced by AI models from your uploaded image. You may use the outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring use of the outputs complies with applicable laws and the rights of the brands or individuals depicted.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service to deceive users in ways that violate consumer protection law (e.g. fake reviews represented as authentic on platforms that prohibit them).
- Don't upload images you don't have rights to.
- Don't generate content involving minors, non-consenting individuals, or trademarked characters in misleading contexts.
- Don't attempt to abuse the credit system, reverse-engineer the API, or run automated scraping.
4. Credits and payments
Pricing is shown in-app at time of purchase. Credits never expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store payment card information. All sales are final unless required by law.
5. Refunds
If a generation fails due to our error, the credit will not be charged. If you experience a billing issue, email hello@ugcshots.ai within 14 days for review.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. The Service depends on third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude). Outages there may affect availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
